About us
Lifefor Trips started in 2019 as three friends who kept getting asked to "just plan the same trip for us". We still run only a handful of routes, all of them in South and Southeast Asia, and we travel every one of them ourselves at least once a year.
How we travel
Small groups of up to twelve people. Family-run guesthouses instead of chains wherever the comfort is right. Trains, boats and tuk-tuks rather than long coach transfers. Guides who live in the places we visit and are paid fairly for their time.
Responsible travel
We offset the internal flights of every trip, avoid elephant rides and other wildlife attractions that harm animals, and donate part of each booking to a girls' school near Pokhara that our guide Sita helped to found.
